returns and refunds
every print is made to order for you by my print partner, prodigi, and posted straight from their studio.
changed your mind? that’s fine. tell me within 14 days of it arriving, then send it back unused and in its packaging within another 14 days. i’ll refund what you paid, including the original delivery, within 14 days of it getting back to me. return postage is on you.
arrived damaged or not right? email me a photo within 14 days of it arriving and i’ll have a new one made and sent at no cost, or refund you if you’d rather. you won’t need to send the damaged one back.

none of this affects your legal rights as a customer.
your details
when you buy a print i get your name, email, delivery address and what you ordered. payment goes through stripe, so i never see your card details.
who else sees it: stripe, to take the payment, and prodigi, to print and post your order. nobody else, and it’s never sold or used for marketing.
if you use the enquiry form, your name, email and message come to me by email through a service called web3forms. i only use them to reply.
cookies: this site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies.
how long i keep it: order records for six years, because the tax rules say so. enquiries until we’re done talking.
your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete what i hold about you by emailing andykirwan2@gmail.com. if you’re not happy with how i’ve handled it, you can complain to the information commissioner’s office at ico.org.uk.
